1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CineSponsor ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CineSponsor is a marketplace platform that connects outdoor cinema operators ("Operators") with local businesses seeking sponsorship opportunities ("Sponsors"). We facilitate the discovery, communication, and payment processing between these parties.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Operator Responsibilities

Operators using CineSponsor agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their events and venues
• Honor sponsorship commitments made through the Platform
• Deliver promised sponsorship benefits to Sponsors
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations for their events
• Maintain appropriate insurance and permits for their operations

5. Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors using CineSponsor agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Make timely payments for accepted sponsorship packages
• Provide necessary materials (logos, promotional content) as required
• Not engage in misleading or unlawful advertising

6. Payments and Subscriptions

CineSponsor offers subscription plans for Operators with enhanced features. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Sponsorship payments flow directly between Sponsors and Operators through Stripe Connect.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Sponsorship payment disputes should first be resolved between Operator and Sponsor

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant CineSponsor a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content within the Platform. The CineSponsor name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees or obligations

9. Limitation of Liability

CineSponsor is a marketplace platform and is not a party to agreements between Operators and Sponsors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of events or sponsorship arrangements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineSponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CineSponsor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.
